Rigatoni

Today I'm posting a recipe for Rigatoni,
and linking it up with Casey at The Wiegand's recipe exchange.

This stuff is good!...and easy to make!

It's perfect to make for little ones or adults, everyone LOVES it!

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
4 c. Rigatoni noodles (1 box), cooked
1 large jar of Ragu's Onion, Tomato and Garlic Spaghetti Sauce
8 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1-2 pkg. pepperoni

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large cooking pot, add 3/4 jar of spaghetti sauce to cooked noodles and stir.
Heat on low, adding velveeta. Cook until cheese melts.
Pour mixture into large baking dish. Add hamburger meat and the remaining sauce.
Top with grated cheese and place pepperonis evenly over cheese (put more than you think you want, because they shrink when baked).
Bake until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.

Enjoy!
